Managed Colocation
Typically colocation means that we provide the environment for your equipment (network, security, cooling, power, etc) while you are responsible for configuration, upgrades, maintenance, etc. All colocation clients have 24/7 access to their colocated hardware so that they can easily keep things running smoothly.
For clients who'd like us to assist them, we offer managed colocation services with routine maintenance and monitoring of their colocated equipment.
Managed Single Server Colocation Plans
For our single server colocation plans management can be added for a monthly fee of $85.00/month - which covers:
- Backup - All critical files are backed up daily off-server during off-peak hours
- Monitoring - HTTP, MySQL and SSH are monitored on a three minute interval, and custom monitoring can be set up to your requirements
- Security - Important software will be kept current, and firewalls, anti-virus, etc. can be set up however desired.
- Hardware - Your hardware will be monitored and if signs of failure or failure is detected, you will be contacted immediately for further instructions.
- Additional services - In addition to the services mentioned above, you will also be allowed one hour of free maintenance work per month, additional work will be billed at our standard rate.
Managed Private Cabinet and Enterprise Plans
Management of our Private cabinet and Enterprise colocation plans is typically more complex. We will be happy to work out a management plan with you to ensure that we can keep your hardware online and running optimally.
